A scented candle sets the scene, it's scent notes put together from reading declassified NASA documents about what space is supposed to smell like. Press play on the sci-fi themed, guided meditation that takes you to the moon and back. Turn on, tune in, and have a pleasant flight!

We recommend you undertake Voyage in a dark and cool space, free of all potential distractions. Take a little trip away from planet earth and make time for mindfulness. Breathe deeply and think deeply, as you drift away into the void of space.
The music is layered with psychoacoustics, which have been especially created, in order to make you "feel" different things at different points of the experience. Feel the nervous excitement of a rocket launch, before heading into the relaxing dark of deep space. A landing on the moon will fill you with introspection, before a thrilling descent back through the earth's atmosphere will energise and refresh you, making you ready to take on anything.
